As I reflect on my journey in the RV industry, I am humbled by the experiences and knowledge I have gained over the years. My name is Anthony Monday, and I have been a part of the RV world for more than a decade. My family and I relocated to Spring Branch, TX in 2018, and it has been a wonderful decision for us. I have worked at a local high-end motorhome dealer in Boerne, TX for 11 years, and my role has evolved significantly during this time.

When I first started at the dealership, I began as a lot porter, responsible for tasks such as sweeping the shops and keeping the premises tidy. However, I was eager to learn and grow within the industry. Through dedication and hard work, I transitioned into the role of a make-ready technician. This position allowed me to gain hands-on knowledge and experience in RV maintenance and repair. I seized opportunities to attend extensive training programs in various locations, including Indiana, Colorado, and Alabama. These training sessions provided me with in-depth knowledge of top brands such as LCI Components, Victron Energy, and Dometic products.

My skills and expertise continued to expand, and I eventually progressed to become a "Box Tech." In this role, my responsibilities encompassed a wide range of tasks, including oil changes, slide room floor replacements, and even complete roof replacements. Every challenge I encountered served as a learning opportunity, and I always strived to deliver high-quality work while maintaining the trust of our clientele.

After many years of working in the dealership environment, I came to a realization about my true passion within the industry. I found immense fulfillment in assisting people with their RV repairs, and I was determined to offer my services at fair prices while ensuring top-notch quality.
